The MLHS Lancer boys and girls track teams each finished in 4th place out of all the high schools in Manitowoc County, as all 8 schools competed at the 3rd annual Manitowoc County Track and Field Meet Tuesday night. Two Rivers took both the girls and boys team titles, with the Raider girls winning with 165.5 points, while the Raider boys totaled 185 points. On the girls side Two Rivers was followed by Lincoln (137), Kiel (126) and then the Lancers with 72 points; while on the boys, Kiel was second (156), with Lincoln next (124), and the Lancers boys earned 51 points. Taking first in the county in the girls long jump was Lancer sophomore Bitsy Blauert, jumping 15' 2.25". Sophomore Gabe Stuebs took 2nd in the boys 400m in 54.60.
