All-School Assembly

On Wednesday April 27 Lieutenant Jeremy Wagner from the Manitowoc Fire Department presented to our entire school on the dangers of drinking and driving, and that each decision we make can have life altering consequences. After the presentation the students had the opportunity to view a car from an accident that happened here in town in 2013, when Christopher Mark and Zachary Gates lost their lives. A drunk driver hit their car on 9th street driving 90 mph. It serves as a harsh reminder of the consequences of operating while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Big News: The MATCH is STILL ON!

The MLHS building project continues to move forward with plans to break ground this summer.

The board of control will approve a plan for what gets done afterwards based on funding, cost of the particular stages of the project, and an approved line of credit. The goal is to see the project through to its completion while also being good stewards of the resources we’ve been given by God’s people.

The donors of the $600,000 match have agreed to extend the match past March!!! What a blessing!  www.mlhslancers.org/donate
