Fine Arts Update

Weekend Host Families Needed

Manitowoc Lutheran High School is excited to host the East Regional WELS Band Festival on March 14-17, 2023. Seventy-one students from 11 WELS high schools around the country will be coming for the event. Would you have space and are you willing to host 2 or more students for 2-3 nights? (Please note that the dates are at the end of the MLHS spring break.) If you can help or have questions, go to www.mlhslancers.org/finearts to sign up as a host or learn more information. Hosting students is very rewarding and helps make the event possible for these talented musicians! Thank you for considering! Deadline to sign up to host is January 31.

Lakeshore Lutheran Children’s Choral Festival is coming up quickly!  We have 13 schools participating and anticipate around 450 singers with all of the schools and the MLHS choirs.  We are very excited to be hosting all of the singers from the Lakeshore Lutheran Schools on Friday, February 16th!

Bye Bye Birdie – Matinee: A separate email about the Lakeshore Lutheran School Matinee on Friday, March 8th will be coming your way very soon.  Please make sure to discuss this as a school faculty and RSVP with your number attending so that we can have your seats ready to go!
