Former MLHS track parent, Laurel (Sickinger) Den Heijer and her husband, Chris, have very graciously donated the harvest of their 1.8 acre sunflower field on Hwy. 310 as a fundraiser for extending the MLHS practice track to become a 200m long curved track. The first part of the practice track, a 4-lane, 100m straightaway, was installed this summer along the east side of our football field. $22,000 has already been committed to this project (extending the track) by generous donors, but more funds are still needed. Walk-up sales will also be available during those same pickup dates/times at MLHS!

No order is too small! Flowers are $1.00 each; whatever amount you would like to additionally donate is much appreciated.

You can pick up your order in the west parking lot of MLHS at one of the times listed below:
- 4:30 - 6:30pm on Friday, Sept. 27th
- 10:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday, Sept. 28th
- 4:30 - 6:30pm on Saturday, Sept. 28th.
We can also do a scheduled harvesting and delivery for orders over 50 flowers! We will contact you to set this up if you purchase 50 or more flowers.
