Building Our Future On Christ Campaign Update

A quarterly update on the Building Our Future on Christ campaign was sent to your email November 10th. We are diligently working to develop a revised master site plan that will result in the most effective campus for years to come. This plan will also provide a logical, cost effective plan to "phase" all segments of the entire master plan, as funds become available. A Campaign update was also presented to the Federation Delegates on November 12th. Please see your MLHS church delegate or your Campaign contact person if you have any questions. Contact campaign@mlhslancers.org if you did not receive the quarterly email update, or if you would rather receive the updates in the mail. Find all campaign related information, including past updates, by visiting www.mlhslancers.org/campaign. Thank you for all of your support to your high school!

Learn Your Lancers!

Greetings Lancers happy December! Christmas is right around the corner and it is very busy time here at MLHS from final exams to the Christmas concert at the Capitol Civic Centre we continue to keep our focus on Christ. This week in chapel we are led by Mr. Nathan Meitner, Nathan has been with MLHS since he graduated from MLC in 2018. He teaches geography, world history and independent living he is also the advisor for Shining Through Christ, our service based group here at MLHS.

The chapel theme this week focus' directly on Psalm 24. Jesus comes as King. There is a picture here that in our culture is not very familiar--that of ancient doors, ancient gates, and a king. But the point of the picture is one of preparedness. Advent is a reminder of Jesus' coming...coming to us all the time...and for one final time on the last day. We're ready because we use his means of grace.

Join us each day this week on Livestream for chapel to focus on the Word of the Lord. Livestream can be found HERE.

MLHS Call Report

Pastor Larry Seafert still holds the call to serve in the theology department. He currently serves at St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church in Kawkawlin, MI. Jeff Dolan is still holding his call from Minnesota Valley Lutheran to serve in their social studies department and coach. Please keep these gentlemen and their families in your prayers as they consider where to best serve the Lord's people.
