Junior Lancer baseball strives to bring the love of baseball to our community’s youth. We offer a program that provides boys grades 7-8 with the opportunity to play baseball in a fun and safe environment. Our coaches emphasize the importance of being a team player and work to increase each player’s baseball knowledge and skills.  

Jr. Lancer Baseball is open to all boys from MLHS Federation that are currently in grades 7-8.

COMMITMENT

• Practices: Typically, 1-2 times a week at MLHS. The schedule will be set by the coach as the season gets closer.
• Games: Mondays and Wednesdays (pending weather and schedule changes). Games begin mid-May and go through the league tournament in mid-July.
• Tournaments: There will be one weekend tournament that is played, as well as the end of the year league tournament mid-July.
• Cost: $125/player
  • Players will receive a jersey and hat (player keeps both)
  • Players are responsible for having gray baseball pants and a red belt (some belts available to use from the school)
